How do you handle shipping?
Glad you asked. Here’s the breakdown:

How much is shipping?
We know, we know... you hate shipping. We do too and offer a free economy shipping when your purchase totals $39 or more. For purchases less than that, shipping starts at $5.00.
For shirts, though, shipping is a flat rate of $3.99 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional shirt.

When will my order ship?
During normal operating hours...within 3 business days (That’s Monday through Friday, y’all).
During holiday weekends/seasons...5-7 business days (We need to rest sometimes, too).

How do you ship?
The majority of our items are shipped via USPS or UPS. If an exception needs to be made, we’ll let you know.
At checkout, be sure to choose the shipping speed that best works for you.

Where do you ship?
We ship to any country that the USPS can reach. Any customs, VAT, or duty fees are between you and your Feds.
What’s your return policy?
We mess up, we fix it. You mess up, we help you fix it. But pay attention to this next part:

Returns & Exchanges
You can return an item for a full refund OR exchange for another item within 14 days of receipt as long as it’s in its original condition. Please don’t send us anything back with snack crumbs attached.
Refunds are made to the original form of payment or in the form of a store credit.
Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to us. When shipping items back to us, we highly suggest using a delivery service with a tracking option to ensure it is received. We can’t refund or exchange an item we never get back. Email us at 99problems@babyandthebeat.com for further instructions.

Wrong order/missing item/error on our part
Email us ASAP (within 14 days) at 99problems@babyandthebeat.com so we can make it right. We’ll cover all shipping costs.
How do I care for my item?
Books: Wipe ‘em down! Use a damp cloth to clean outer surfaces.
Shirts: To get the longest wear:
- Wash inside-out + with similar colors
- Machine wash cold + on gentle cycle
- Use mild detergent
- Use non-chlorine bleach (only when necessary)
- No fabric softeners
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
